Shipping
- We ship worldwide from Shenzhen, China.
- Shipping methods: sea freight (best value for volume), air freight (balanced speed and cost) and express courier (fastest, best for samples and small parcels).
- We usually quote FOB Shenzhen. Send us your destination port or address and we will arrange the most economical option.
- Freight is quoted separately — product prices on this site do not include shipping.
- Mixed cartons, pallets and full container loads (FCL / LCL) can all be consolidated for you.
Lead Time
- Ready stock: despatched within 3–7 days after payment confirmation.
- Larger or consolidated orders may take slightly longer — we confirm the schedule in writing before you order.
Payment
- Bank transfer (T/T) — our standard method for international orders.
- Other methods can be discussed on request.
- We quote and invoice in USD, with CNY available for domestic settlement.
- For larger orders we normally work with a deposit up front and the balance settled before shipment, confirmed case by case.
Quality Control
- Every lot is inspected and graded before it leaves our warehouse.
- Photos, videos and condition reports can be shared before you settle the balance.
- Sampling is available for repeat buyers and larger volumes.
Export Documentation
We handle the commercial invoice, packing list and container loading reports so your customs clearance goes smoothly. If you need specific certificates or documents, tell us on your enquiry and we will confirm what is possible.
